Fine dining for parachutists

Restavracija Termika was created in the reception of the Lijak campsite and was a logical addition for those spending their free time outdoors at Lijak, which is known throughout the world as a paradise for parachutists and hang-gliders. The view from the terrace is so magnificent that even if the restaurant only offered simple grilled food it would have enough guests – those who stay, jump, walk and cycle in the area. But its ambitions extend significantly higher, and guests quickly discover that this place isn’t actually a camp per se – since it has a log burning stove – isn’t an inn either – since it has a fine dining menu – and isn’t even a run-of-the-mill restaurant – since it has a homely ambience. It isn’t just a dining room either – since it also features a wine bar – and one can’t simply go for a ‘quick lunch’ – since the menu features dishes such as buckwheat with shrimps and seabass, followed by goats cheese cream with plum jam and figs and walnuts in honey.
