A cocktail of passion and flavours
The chef has a restaurant in London (Barge East) and experience with yachts for the wealthy and 2 Michelin star restaurants, but he fell in love with Ljubljana. The sous chef is from Estonia and worked at Atelje (1 star) for a year. The owner is a Bulgarian and also fell in love with Sanja from the city, who is now the soul of Linda, with barwoman Eva helping with her cocktail creations.
Linda was named after the oldest linden tree (Linde, German) in Ljubljana, and after its beauty (lindo, Spanish), which also says a lot.
This newest Ljubljana bistro is passionate! Its passion is in creating a difference, whereby its interior isn’t over the top, but rather it invites you to stay a while, and its globalised dishes don’t limit, but rather invite you to share.
