Three borders with no culinary limits

The Justin family originally ran a tourist and sports agency selling ski passes and the like, then later began to use recipes from this three border area in their modern high-tech kitchen in this boutique hotel at the entrance to Kranjska Gora. Since, as was ‘the norm’ in the past in Kranjska Gora, these days čepavčiči in the snow, sausages in the village, calamari in ice, and pizzas on every corner no longer suffice. There was a need for something more. And with its ambitious cuisine, Skipass restavracija has provided exactly what was missing.
