Greetings from the kitchen
The cookies are stuffed with pate, one is made from peppers and tomatoes, the other is duck pate with oranges.


Tomatoes
Tomatoes gazpacho, finely chopped diced peppers, roasted almonds
Trout
Smoked trout fillet from the Goričar fish farm (Dolenjska), yoghurt and citrus granulate, dehydrated mulberry, olive oil, chervil.


Ravioli
Homemade ravioli stuffed with celery cream, at the bottom cream of yellow tomatoes, pea espuma with basil, fried sweet potatoes, pea shoot for decoration.
Octopus
Tentacles of the Adriatic octopus, baked young Brkini potatoes with shallots and pumpkin oil, sea asparagus (salicornia)

Veal fillet, mashed potatoes, sherry sauce, roasted carrots, fried red chard leaf
Sorbet
Pear and juniper sorbet


Hazelnuts
Almond cream on top of hazelnut crumbs, dehydrated raspberries, hazelnut mousse stuffed with strawberries.
