Pistachio and coconut
Sable with almonds, chocolate and coconut mousse, Bavarian cream with pistachio.


Tartella
Slice with hazelnuts, raspberries and lychee. Hazelnut cream, dark chocolate and raspberry ganache, lychee jelly, roasted hazelnuts.
