Žlikrofi in egg sauce, accompanied by crispy homemade cracklings and umami powder of forest black trumpets.
Krapi (dumplings)
Buckwheat dumplings are stuffed with cottage cheese and chives and topped with tepka (pear) cream and slices of roast pork.


Deer
Roasted young deer medallions in natural venison sauce, potatoes, beetroot and homemade blackberry jam.
Cake
Fig cake with mascarpone cream on chocolate biscuit, fresh figs.
