The views to Triglav and the Adriatic Sea can be seen through the windows, while the white hats of the chefs of Ljubljana’s can be glimpsed amid the cooking pots and herbs in the open restaurant. B-restavracija, on the 20th floor of this five-star hotel, makes an impression, even if you only go to the bar!
Although B-restavracija isn’t ‘A’ class, it is the highest situated restaurant in Slovenia. This makes it popular among international guests who are here because it’s in the best hotel in Slovenia, and whilst the restaurant is on the 20th floor, guests don’t necessarily expect to find the best dinner in Ljubljana. For locals, however, who have come out of curiosity, the height of the restaurant is what counts, not the height of its cuisine. In short, it’s an experience.

Expect a great view of Ljubljana, prestige hotel glamour and enticing chef’s specials.

Tables, chairs, sofas, table linen, service, an open kitchen, grandeur and elevation…everything on a global, rather than a Ljubljana, scale. In the evening, in the play of lights, mirrors and views, it is even more distinctive.
