A regal feast beside the Krka river

From the motorway it’s just a short hop across the wooden bridge and green river to reach the castle park, where the restaurant lies hidden behind thick stone walls. It is decked out in the finest solid wood, with deep leather sofas, high windows with a view of the beautiful, green Krka river, metal service plates, orchids and a host of waiting staff ‘gliding’ across the marble floor.

There are plenty of flavours, textures, shapes, colours and contemporary ideas, whilst also remaining true to tradition, the seasons, a passion for food and, of course, the river Krka and its island with a castle.
