Although the kitchen of Hiša Raduha is a continuation of, and respect for, the stories of excellent old familw women chefs, with her inexhaustible grill and constant search, Martina Breznik has renovated it so respectfully that it has become Logar Valley nouvelle cuisine! Every visit is a surprise, therefore be sure to be inquisitive.

Chicken and apple

Apple, celery, chicken, lemon, honey, olive oil. Chicken salad from “residues”, which is a real beauty. All ingredients are cut into very small cubes and marinated with lemon, honey and olive oil dressing.

Black donut

On a wooden stick, “salad” is accompanied by fluffy donut, colored with ink.

Bread and butter

Rye lsourdough bread, warm spelt bread with pumpkin seeds, butter with spruce needles, buckwheat crisp.

Trout

Trout fillets poached in herbal milk and seasoned with dried wild garlic. Buckwheat souffle, fennel cream and fried purple potatoes.
