Matured pork fillet in salt and sugar, mustard cream, beetroot tartar, beetroot slices, mustard seeds, endive.
Fried struklji
Fried curd cheese struklji, porcini mushroom sauce, porcini mushroom powder, parmesan espuma on top and a bunch of arugula.


Homemade pasta
Homemade pasta, parmesan, peas, poached egg, crispy breadcrumbs. A large ravioli is filled and topped with a parmesan cream, which hides a poached egg yolk. When it spills, it creates a crispy creamy sauce with blanched peas. The best dish of the evening!
John Dorry fillet
John Dorry fillet, cauliflower puree, fried Belgian endive, pine nut, raisin and caper sauce, corn salad.

Veal medallions in natural sauce, roasted potatoes, celery root puree, broccoli, arugula and carrots.
Leonardo's tiramisu
Leonardo’s tiramisu with apples and cinnamon in a glass. Layers of biscuit crumbs, mascarpone cheese and stewed apples with cinnamon, topped with ice cream.
