Visiting experience -Visit 2019

Landerik is a Slovenian culinary tradition, of which there is no shortage in (old) Ljubljana. However, Landerik is not stuck in the past, and is proof that Slovenia is already a true land of gastronomy. Therefore, in order to understand the chef’s first-hand intertwining of tradition and modernity, start to read the menu from back to front, where you are greeted by a long list of Slovenian farms that supply Landerik.
