Ravioli stuffed with potatoes, shredded veal, crispy with turmeric, spring onion. Chardonnay 2015, Keltis.
Carp
Therefore, 2 hearts: arancini with carp, quinoa, chili and lemon, fried in panko crumbs, hummus on the bottom, caramelized tomato on top, a little tomato juice from baking, black lace.
