Thick pieces of steak are trendy and compulsory, hence everyone has Argentinian steaks and American grills everywhere. But the difference isn’t in the meat but rather in the bones and the size. In order to discover the difference, which isn’t just in the thickness of the steak, start with marrowbone, share a tomahawk and gnaw the rib-eye! Because Rožmarin is for everyone and for always though, it’s good to know that it’s not just a steakhouse, so next time ask you what’s wild and crudo from the sea. Return just for the tartare mixed at the table or before a concert in the cellar, while upstairs be sure to check out who is with whom on the Maribor social scene.

Urbanity

Rožmarin always has a new ambiance… But now, hopefully, it will settle down and not build again for a while. A communal table for socializing, tables by the window and around on comfortable benches for urban culinary entertainment.

Greetings from the kitchen

Next to a spring of rosemary on a fine napkin, are always homemade sourdough bread, Spanish organic olive oil (own import) and a recognizable olive tapenade, because it also contains almonds and capers.

Raw slices of Asian tiger prawns (black tiger), pomegranate and wasabi cream.
