Mohant cheese and chocolate

It has a boutique chocolatier featuring unusual flavours such as chocolate with mohant cheese. Other creative dishes can be found in its restaurant, such as goose carpaccio served on curd cheese, and venison served on a bed of flint corn polenta. Together the two brothers have each assumed their fitting role – one in the kitchen and the other among guests. The sommelier’s passion for wine is noticeable, as he strives to pair wines with his brother’s food. Hotel Kristal is well placed to cater not only for hotel guests but also more ‘demanding’ ones too!

Pri Lovcu is one of three Bohinj top restaurants that are not just for visitors that are already in the Bohinj area but also for those that have already had enough of crowds. Pri Lovcu is reason enough alone to endure the traffic jams in Bled, or why not experience a journey through the Bohinj tunnel on the country’s only car train. Whichever you choose, you know the end goal!
