Nouvelle Istrian cuisine with a view

Portorož is no different from other most famous, most expensive, most fashionable, most luxurious and, of course, most beautiful coastal resorts in the world. Everyone would like to have such a bay, everyone would like to sunbathe on such sand, everyone would like to hold hands while strolling along such a promenade. It is only foodies who usually have to go up the hill.
