Tri lučke isn’t only about the old wine press and old glory, now a new and enterprising culinary story has come into the mix. Dejan Mastnak doesn’t only cook for wedding guests, and also not just for locals who, whilst out for a walk to Grmada, pop in for a white chocolate mousse, and to enjoy the spectacular scenery. The parcels of perch are sealed with a caramelised crown, while the Krškopolje pork, which is ‘king’ here, is further enhanced with cabbage rolls with barley and pigs’ trotters.
Among vineyards with views extending from Zagreb to Novo mesto, Tri lučke offers affordable lunches and chef’s tasting menus with everything in one place and for everyone – from wedding parties to businesspeople and gourmets, from local excursions to vineyard holidays – and there’s a pool too! As well as the success of the owners, the chef who has already proved himself too!
