Amuse-bouche
Buckwheat crisp, beef carpaccio, truffle cream, homemade plum jam. Three types of homemade bread: classic white bread with butter, gluten- and lactose-free corn bread, and bread with wild garlic.
Beef tongue
Smoked aged beef tongue with pumpkin oil, hard-boiled egg, tomato, thyme and dill.


Chicken soup
Strong chicken soup with liver strudel, rings of carrots and small pieces of chicken, topped with chives.
Gnocchi
Homemade gnocchi with chicken, chanterelles and aged cheeseščancem (in z lisičkami, če jih ni preveč že v drugih jedeh).


Chanterelles
Chanterelles, seared on garlic and parsley, poached egg, potato cream and fried onions.
Vegetarian indulgence
Features: fregula with cauliflower, baked cauliflower, homemade curd štruklji, roasted peppers, vegan sarma in a cabbage leaf, buckwheat porridge, potato fritters and various roasted vegetables.


Veal liver
Veal liver with chanterelles on buttery potato puree and meat sauce.
Apricot dumpling
Apricot dumpling. And period! Because just the name is enough to make you happy in the inn and in July, because we don’t have time for dumplings at home, even though we all, without exception, love them so much.


Chocolate pudding
Homemade milk chocolate pudding, roasted almonds, raspberry sorbet and whiped sweet cream.
Wine
That’s why Francl has an ‘eloquent’ wine display case. Not only is it next to the bar, it is also so large that no one can overlook Francl’s wine ambitions. In short, wines are an important part of Franclo’s story.
