Traditional Slovenian food for today’s times
From an old, traditional restaurant, a new culinary centre of Slovenia emerged. This 250 year-old homestead is a manor house where guests can taste the whole of Slovenia. From Slovenia’s 24 gastronomy regions and 176 traditional dishes, Dvor Jezeršek has created a model for what a traditional Slovenian restaurant was and should be. Real Slovenian flavours in the embrace of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps – from hearty double beef soup, Carniolan sausage and Jezersko’s šmorn (shredded sweet pancakes) to 360º matured beef.
For the hungry, day trippers, travellers, businesspeople, and invited guests – there are many reasons to visit Dvor Jezeršek. If, however, by chance you aren’t among the aforementioned, you can always find something familiar, deliciously aromatic, comforting and Slovenian on the menu, so there’s something for you too!
